  • JEROME MAGUIRE Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

    Jerome has been a Chief Executive of major government departments for more than 8 years and brings high-level experience in leading large organisations through major change.

    He has had a long and distinguished executive career in the Department of Premier and Cabinet and the Department of Health before he took on the role as Chief Executive, Department of Justice and Attorney General’s Department and most recently, the Chief Executive of the State Government Motor Accident Commission. Jerome has a deep understanding of the machinery of government and, relevant to this leadership role, in the health and ageing sector.

    This, combined with his early career in civil engineering, studies in a Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Engineering Science, provides him with the highest level of commercial and business acumen, strategic planning, project management and procurement expertise.

    Jerome is known for his collaborative and entrepreneurial skills, his management of large and complex systems, such as aged care and health, and an enviable reputation for achieving results.

  • KELLY GAO Executive Consultant

    With over 20 years of experience in international trade, particularly in the China-Australia health and medical field, Kelly has a deep and broad understanding of economic trade exchanges between China and Australia.

    Through her long a distinguished career in the health industry from her early years when employed by the Chinese government and now in private business, she has developed a very strong and influential network of colleagues across Shandong Province and elsewhere in China.

    Since immigrating to South Australia, Kelly has made an important contribution to and is currently serving as an Advisor to the Australia China Business Council, South Australian Branch.

  • MARCIA FISHER Chief Operating Officer

    As Chief Executive Officer for over 3 decades in aged care spanning many businesses throughout Australia, Marcia brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in all aspects of the industry.

    She has led large aged care reforms of national significance and regularly advises State and National governments on aged care policy and reforms.

    Marcia is highly regarded amongst her peers across Australia and is known for her skill in adapting aged care services to meet the cultural needs of an aged care community.

    Marci’s level of experience and wisdom in the aged care sector make her the ideal choice as Chief Operating Officer in AACHES and as a leader in developing future aged care businesses from concept through to operational.
